Everything was just disappointing. The door lock to the room was also not secure. They seem to use handwash as a bathing shower gel. The towels were to be called for. Had to ask for a water bottle 3 times.

I had made the booking and paid online but when I reached the hotel at 11.51 pm I was told they have not received any payments. I had to pay him more for the same room than without AC. The room was full of cockroaches. I had no option at that hour but somehow I stayed.

My headphones worth 2.5K were stollen from the room at the time of Checkout, it's annoying & ridiculous too, even the staff didn't help me regarding cctv footage, Even staff & manager argued at the time of Checkin regarding rates or charges of stay , they said you have to give us the difference of Bookings.com rates & our rates, during our whole stay staff wasn't co-operative. I mind a lot about stollen headphones. It's shameful

The location was good as it was near to the prominent places. The placement of switches and bathroom fittings were very comfortable. I did not order any food from the hotel therefore cannot comment on the same.

I have checked in the hotel at 6.00 A.m. Instead of levying early check in charges, I was charged for the whole day. Since flights/trains run on odd hours it is not possible for a customer to check in at 11.00 A.M.

The worst thing is the Hotel Staff denied the Room citing I booked it on discounted rate and they will only provide the room with additional payment even though my booking was confirmed.

It's in a very bad location. Liked nothing about the hotel.

I have booked the room online and was showing my booking is confirmed. When I reached the hotel they simply said they are fully occupied and refused our stay without any explanation. Very bad experience.

Hotel manager was very rude. I am told he cannot give room below 2000 rs. And I have to pay the difference amount. He tries to convinence me that this is standard rate in pune. I called OYO Customer care and OYO was offering to componsate him but he was adamant and talked rudely to OYO representative also. Thanks to OYO Customer care we were transferred to nearby OYO and i got transport immediately as I was having big travel bags with me.Also one customer came down complaining when we were at desk about AC not working last night. Thank God I didn't stay here

Better if we're not have to wonder around with big luggage.

Rooms are Good, Location is quite nice Middle of the City, 24hrs water

Staff is just talking good.. and doing nothing, don't even they come for daily cleaning the room.Even the Electricity is gone from morning.Out side food is not allowed they charge for plates. And the Inhouse restaurant food is pathetic and over priced.No daily Cleaning of the Room, and after ask to hotel they send Housekeeper after 1 or 2 hours.

The behaviour of Manager, he took Rs. 3000 extra as by making online payment we saved 3000, he ask us to pay the amount and did not provide any receipt

The website show price including breakfast. but when we arrive they say breakfast not included..... so this was very bad experience with me ever. I am deciding to never book through Booking.com. and inform to my friend to don't book with booking.com.

I was just pass my time it was my worst experience with booking.com they are really lie

Overall nothing not good about this place.

Service was bad, food was undercooked, no proper coordination between manager and servants, room was dusty everywhere, pervious customer's waste wasn't cleaned ( cough near basin), no hygiene.
